By placing an order and confirming payment on the websites of Eastern Trading & Supply ltd you are entering a legally binding contract in accordance with the following terms and conditions of sale.
Goods
Specifications on this website of the goods to be sold may be altered as a result of our continuous efforts to improve product quality and performance. All of our products are certified to conform to the CE (Conformité Européenne / European Conformity) Marking Directive by independent accredited test laboratories.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If, in the unlikely event, your goods arrive in a damaged condition or are defective, you must inform us as soon as is practically possible stating the invoice number and the nature of the defect or shortage by calling 05601 165965 or by e-mailing us.
Availability
Goods are generally available when the In Stock indicator is shown. If for any reason an item is out of stock, then we will only ship the available goods and your payment method will be debited with the value of the despatched goods rather than the whole order value. We do not operate a back order system, therefore the balance of your order will automatically be cancelled. We will not supply substitute products without contacting you first.
Prices
The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website on the date of your order, inclusive of any VAT which may be payable by you. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full, including delivery charges. All prices may vary. Customers and not Eastern Trading & Supply ltd are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes in their own country.
Ordering
We will treat each order for goods, which is confirmed when you click on the BUY NOW button on the Confirm Purchase screen, as an offer by you to purchase the goods and services subject to these terms and conditions. We shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of goods set out in your order. We shall confirm each order by email and such confirmation shall be our acceptance of the contract between us.

Payment
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website. Goods will not be shipped unless payment is received in full. Your card details are passed to the Protx Interface for processing. Payment is automatically authorised online, but we will not debit your payment method until the goods are shipped from our premises.
Right to Cancel
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund, within 7 days. The goods must be unused condition with the original packaging. We reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking charge (Business Customers) to cover handling and carriage, or a collection charge in the case of Domestic customers.
Your right to cancel does not apply to items that have been used or fitted by you. In addition the right to cancel does not apply to software that has been opened or unsealed. You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK Law.
Nothing in these conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
