Payment Details

We accept the following methods of payment:

Online Secure Payments:- Paypal - Credit & Debit Cards

Credit & Debit card payments by Telephone  - Call 01543-437200 to make payment.

Postal Orders/Cheques - Please make payable to Eastern Trading & Supply Ltd
and post to Unit 5, Cedars Centre, Avon Road, Cannock. WS11 1QJ.

Please note that any order paid by cheque will not be dispatched until the cheque 
has cleared in our account (which usually takes 5-7 working days).

For Priority Orders call 01543-437200 and pay via debit/credit card before 2pm for same day dispatch.

You have the right to cancel any order.  
The  Cancellation Period begins from the day on which the contract for the  supply of goods is concluded (ie the purchase day).  
The Cancellation  Period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after  the day on which the consumer 
recieves the goods. 
 Goods must be  returned in an unused state, and in their orginal packaging.  
The  consumer is liable to pay for the cost of returning the goods to  ourselves. 
 We will return your money within 30 days of notice of  cancellation (ie. 30 days from the date the notice was posted or given). 
 This does not affect your statuory rights as a consumer.
