Returns
We at Eastern Trading view customer satisfaction as our number one priority.
Therefore if you are unhappy with the product purchased, return it to us in its
original condition within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will issue a
refund for it provided that it is in a fully resalable condition (i.e the product
must be unused and the packaging intact).

Please note that any unwanted product returned to us will be subject

to a 20% restocking charge or a minumum of £10Gbp , whichever is greater.

We will not refund the cost of returning the product to us.

You or your chosen carriers are responsible for any returned goodsuntil they reach our warehouse and are accepted by ourselves.

Cost and Risk of return will be at your expense and we stronglyrecommend that you use a traceable service.
